CCI Thermal Technologies Inc. warrants all Defender® explosion-proof thermostats against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
  1. CCI Thermal, at its option, will repair or replace the defective part free of charge provided that all related freight costs be borne by the customer.
  2. The product has been installed correctly and has not been modified, abused, or misused as determined by CCI Thermal's inspection.
  3. CCI Thermal's liability shall be limited to the actual equipment involved and under no circumstances shall include installation or removal costs, or consequential losses or damages.
